L’Atelier d’art Métèque and the organization Native Immigrant have teamed up with Diversité artistique Montréal (DAM) to offer immigrant artists and artists who are 65 and over the opportunity to give artistic workshops to the public of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Côte-des-Neiges during spring 2020. TROC-CADEAUX is an initiative which aims to celebrate cultural exchanges. Considering the cultural background of each immigrant as a gift to share, a source of enrichment for the host society, this project will make sharing possible through art objects created during workshops, exhibited during the event. and exchanged between all the participants. This project is funded under the Montreal Cultural Development Agreement between the City of Montreal and the Government of Quebec.
